This declaration of verifiable evidence of the fraud and corruption going on currently in the American Legal System and goes all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Listen I did not want to become The Beast but when the United States Supreme Court wrongfully protected all the lower court frauds and dismissed all my supporting evidence, this Vet went nuclear. I knew it would take a Beast from Hell to attack these elite high level legal bastards. So, here I go.
Welcome to the place of the Beast. I was created by Kathryn Boyd and the American Legal System. Kathryn Boyd’s induced perjury started my attack of the corruption going on in our American Legal System. Kathryn has been tortured as much as I have: they have tortured her with a fraudulent induced belief of death threats caused by forged insurance policies from Erie Insurance Exchange and have turned her love into hate. This torture is haunting Kathryn to this day. Kathryn’s mother is one of the sickest people I have ever met because her mother tortured a child of hers by using forged insurance policies to prove to her children that the death threats were real. This evil woman also got a fake PFA from our corrupt legal system with no fucking evidence to evict me immediately from my home. There was no due process at all. Kathryn was so tortured by her mother that Kathryn could not even remember a single fact about filing an indecent assault and receiving sexual counseling for that assault: all Kathryn remembers is that her stepdad was the guilty one and he was going to kill her and her family. Because of this heinous brain-washing Kathryn committed perjury by denying she even went to Rape Crisis Center or even receiving any type of sexual counseling. The Commonwealth 0f Pennsylvania then hid all the evidence of her perjury testimony, thus, Kathryn’s new story was unconstitutionally granted as true. Too bad for the Commonwealth, I found their hidden evidence when I received a letter from Rape Crisis Center stating that Kathryn was there and did indeed receive sexual counseling concerning sexual abuse. What the court system did and did afterwards is heinously evil mainly because they confirmed the death threats were real in Kathryn’s mind. Finally, after seeing all this evidence our U.S. Supreme Court dismissed it, implying that it’s Ok for our lower courts to commit fraud and hide perjury evidence of a key witness. Thus, Legal Reform must be address now or we are done!
The American legal system has become a two-tier system, and their corruption has led to absolute corruption. I now have all the proof here of their heinous corruption. The U. S. Supreme Court has willfully and wrongfully dismissed frauds going on in our lower courts. This court has now committed fraud by dismissing my evidence proving fraud in the lower courts and has now implied that fraud is Ok to protect any wrongdoing by the lower courts or threatens any of our authority. They smile and laugh, we can never let this much evidence out against our legal system, it would destroy the entire legal system, we must dismiss this evidence. I say, fuck all you bastards, I still have all the evidence, and I hope that the American people get to see it, before they kill me or shut me down.

- Prosecutors in Pennsylvania wrote up some misdemeanor charges.
- At the preliminary hearing the perjury testimony was committed.
- Prosecutors had to hide any evidence proving that perjury evidence.
- My attorney had requested discovery, but a judge verified that all discovery was turned over, another fraudulent lie.
- I told my brain-dead attorney, Dave Ridge, that Kathryn had filed an indecent assault by four boys and had gone to the Rape Crisis center for counseling, which Kathryn had denied under oath and replaced it with new far worst assault, including death threats. The fucker believed Kathryn’s bull shit and won’t listen to me, his own client.
- My fucking attorney, Dave Ridge, would not believe the DA would hide perjury evidence or maybe he was in on the fraudulent conviction at the start, but he didn’t pursue any of it. I told this fuck face repeatedly that Kathryn went to Rape Crisis Center and had sexual counseling, and he failed to investigate. Fuck You Dave I found the perjury evidence and you also fucked me by getting the forged insurance policies, I hope all my evidence fucks you in the ass.
- Days before trail, my fucking attorney had selected the jury without me being present so on the day before trial so finally seeing the jury I noticed one of the jury people looked like a friend of my wife, I said: What the hell is this? I was up all-night thinking about that juror.
- Next day, right before trial was supposed to start, my heinous attorney told me: “One person testimony is enough to convict you in these cases, consider a no contest plea. and avoid any state time and save Kathryn the embarrassment of a trial.” Trouble is Dave Ridge is a lying defunct prick and should be disbarred and even worst Erie voted him in as a judge: I almost lost it. The fucking media is Erie, PA including billboards would not let me advertise his lying and ineffectiveness. When you file for ineffectiveness guess who decides his guilt yes other attorneys.
- Keep in mind, I knew Kathryn had committed perjury and I knew the DA was fraudulently hiding her perjury evidence mainly because Kathryn was related to our ex-mayor. So, I decided to take the no contest plea and avoid any possibility of state time, so advised by my sick attorney. He states in Pennsylvania one person testimony is enough to convict, avoid any State time.
- After the no contest play in Erie, PA was entered, my attorney says we’re done now go to Houston start your new job and get on with your life.
- When I got settled in Houston, I decided to hire an attorney for a second opinion, and he told me to fire that stupid prick, Dave Ridge is screwing you. If you know Kathryn filed an indecent assault and had sexual counseling at the Rape Crisis Center that sexual counselor would never believe all the new indecent assault charges especially any death threats. Much different than just pulling Kathryn’s pants down. Have the new attorney withdraw the no contest plea and then get the hidden evidence of her filed indecent assault and sexual counseling which Kathryn has denied under oath.
- The fucking trial judge, Ernest DeSantis, Jr. refused to withdraw the no contest plea motioned by the new attorney, and thus, I was then scheduled for sentencing.
- At sentencing Ernest DeSantis sentenced me in the aggravated range and that gave me six fucking years in a state prison for misdemeanors. Yes, I wanted to kill Dave Ridge for lying to me, the fucker is lucky I am civilized even if he isn’t.
- Sadly, I was forced to do the entire six years because the Pennsylvania parole board said I had to admit guilt to the no contest misdemeanor charges or I would not be granted parole, I refused to admit to the false charges and thus they never granted me any parole. More sick bastards to deal with.
- If you think what they did was heinously bad, wait until I show you what the American legal system did to me during the appeal process, this will shock the entire country.
- I get fucking depressed reliving and writing this shit, concerning our corrupt legal system, so please excuse any errors and report them immediately.
- Anyway, off to the legal library in prison to find ways to get the hidden perjury evidence.
- I finally got the Millcreek Police Department to send me concerning Kathryn’s filed indecent assault with orders for all involved to report to the Rape Crisis Center. Kathyn had denied this assault and denied any sexual counseling under oath and told under oath a brand-new detailed indecent assault with death threats. Kathryn was so tortured that this documented assault and any sexual counseling by the Rape Crisis Center was completely erased from her mind and then they heinously tortured her mind and soul with death threats, using forged insurance policies: how could a mother even do such a heinous thing?
- I was in the Erie Federal Court of Appeals when I found and presented the perjury evidence. The fucking DA, Marshall PICCININI, told the Federal judge that my new perjury evidence presented was dismissed in a motion of limine in the lower court, and the fuck face did not offer any evidence to support his fucking lies nor did the bitch order him to do so, after numerous motions in her fucking court to do so. Does it ever end?
- Baxter, the Justice in this Erie federal court said because my perjury evidence was dismissed it could not be used to prove perjury. Keep in mind that she believed the fucking DA had somehow dismissed the perjury evidence. The fucking cunt (prison talk), Federal Justice Susan Baxter, never asked the DA to produce any evidence of that motion of limine, even after repeated motions telling her, the DA had lied to her court and had committed fraud upon her court. The cunt just dismissed all my motions. Pretty much telling me to get fucked. Sorry bitch back at you.
- After fucking around in this sick Erie Federal Court, I sent it back to the even sicker trial judge and that prick, Judge Ernest DeSantis Jr, told me that I had submitted the perjury evidence too late, so he dismissed my motion, yes, I wanted to kill this mother fucker too, sadly I am civilized. If you think this wasn’t the depth of hell when they wrongfully and willfully repeatedly hid evidence of perjury: it gets worst. Let me tell you the mind torture was far worst then any depths of hell imaginable. Right was Left, Green was Red, Love was Evil, a true mind fuck when your soul is screaming: What the fuck is going on?
- All the appeal courts dismissed all my evidence because they believed the trial court and Erie Federal Court would not commit fraud or withhold evidence so, or they were ordered to confirm the charges. Fuck all these appeal court pricks too. There may be some good ones, but I will not hold my breath.
- Now after years of dismissed appeals, I finally did all my six years in a state prison, now I had to spend another year preparing documents for the United States Supreme Court.
- When I was finally got logged into the United States Supreme Court, they told me to submit my brief. While working on my brief I decided I had to really prove the fraud upon an Erie Federal Court, so I hired an attorney to search the entire record for any motion of limine dismissing my perjury evidence as the DA prick Marshall Piccinni had stated in the Erie Federal Court before justice Baxter. The letter from Hathaway, says fuck both of you: Check Fucking Mate.
- The attorney I hired to search the court records was Atty. Hathaway, he has documented that he had searched the entire record for any motion of limine dismissing the perjury evidence and no motion was found, I have his letter confirming this, and it was presented to the U. S. Supreme Court. This alone proves the Pennsylvania DA’s fraud upon a federal court. The U.S. Supreme Court implied with their fraudulent dismissal: Screw all this evidence, this evidence could destroy our legal system, we must dismiss it. I can’t seriously justify it any other way.
- After submitting 500 copies of my brief to the United States Supreme Court they did indeed dismiss all my claims. Yes, that was it, I had enough, I totally lost any religion I had, and I decided to become The Beast 666 because I realized that the U.S. Supreme C0urt was now a beast from hell, and I thought it would take another beast to attack and expose these evil bastards.
